price since we have two Adjusters located near the
Indiana border.

We are working very
hard to become your truck Liability Adjusters in this area.
We now have four highly qualified, very
experienced, long time Liability Adjusters who are looking for work.
Some companies give us the entire claim, including the liability portion. They have told us they are very
satisfied with our liability adjustments. Unlike liability companies who do not employ Heavy
Equipment Adjusters, we are primarily a liability and heavy equipment company that also handles
all types of claims.
Nationwide TPA (Third Party Administration)
We now have at our disposal a nationwide list of qualified heavy equipment adjusters who work at area rates and
are subject to our final review.
You may contact our office for a claim to be handled anywhere in the country.
We will assign it to a heavy equipment adjuster on our list,
or one from the National Truck & Heavy Equipment Claims Council list.
Latest Up-to-Date Methods
We feature a customized, heavy equipment computer format along with ID forms. We scan all our
forms on the computer. Therefore, you should receive your full report generated by computer —
effectively eliminating hard-to-read handwriting.
We also feature, when requested, digital photos
along with our standard 35mm photos which are 200 ISO for clarity.
Full captioned reports are
generated when required.
Most companies find that our appraisers cover reports are so all-inclusive
of all pertinent information, that a captioned report is not necessary, except if the claim is extremely complicated or, in some cases, for total losses.
Certain procedures are preset and we try not to deviate. These are, of course, the computerized
estimates and ID sheets, etc.
Other procedures are flexible and can be tailored to your company's
needs and fee bill considerations. We fully realize that there are company budget considerations
and we wish to take these into consideration. We would be more than willing to help predetermine
fee bill costs for extensive travel and hard-to-handle claims prior to accepting the assignment.
There is nothing worse than a company having a preset idea as to what the fee is going to be and
then being unpleasantly surprised as to the final amount. In these days of tight budgets we would
rather, at times, pre-negotiate the fee bill than have to argue about it at the end.
Additional Services
Please keep us in mind for bus adjustments, off-road equipment adjustments, premium audits,
fleet inspection services and equipment evaluations. We are qualified in each of these areas. Also
please keep us in mind for loss adjustments anywhere in the country and when you need a predetermined fee bill consideration.
In addition, we have added a 2nd office in Mokena, Illinois to service the middle half of the state
and for those drivers passing through on Route 80.
We can provide 24-hour services as needed throughout our coverage area: Illinois, Indiana, and Southern Wisconsin.
Naturally, we carry our own insurance coverage for Errors & Omissions, Professional & General Liability and Workmans' Compensation.
